Please read carefully prior to booking:
- Key Drop-off - Keys can be dropped in the mail slot in the rear man door facing Blanchard Park Rd.
- Key Pick-up - We have a method to give you your keys after we are closed. If you have not picked up your vehicle by the time we leave for the day we will contact you with the pick up details.
- Service Complete - You'll receive a text when your service is complete.
- Overnight Parking - Your vehicle can be dropped off the day or night before your appointment, but no more than 24 hours prior to. Vehicles must be picked up the day your service is complete.
- No Shuttle - Unfortunately, we don't offer a customer shuttle. Vehicle pick-up and drop-off service is available within 10km.
- Cancellation - You can cancel up to 4 hours before your appointment time, free of charge. Cancellations less than 4 hours and no shows will not receive a refund. **Including weather related cancellations**
- Payment - Prices listed here do not include HST, it'll be added at checkout. We accept Cash (call to book), Master Card, Visa and Interac Debit payments processed with PayPal or Square. All payments must be made in full at time of booking.
- Loose Items in Your Vehicle - Please remove loose items or place them in your trunk or the rear cargo area for SUVs to ensure we spend all of the allotted time cleaning your vehicle. If items are not removed we will place them in the trunk or rear cargo area of SUVs. If these areas are already too full to place loose items in, we may skip cleaning those areas.
- Compartments, Truck Beds and Spare Tire wells - Unfortunately, we do not clean truck beds and spare tire wells
- Child Seats - We ask that you remove all child seats. If left in prior to cleaning we will remove child seats, vacuum and clean them. We will also remove kick pads, under child seat protector pads. We Do not re-install child seats! They'll be placed in the vehicle in a manner that is obvious that they are not re-installed.
- Right to Refuse - We have the right to refuse service or request additional payment prior to the start of any detail service. Reason for this includes: oversized vehicles, commercial vehicles, super cars or exotic vehicles, dually trucks, vans with more than 6 person capacity, pet hair, excessively dirty, etc.
